Planning Ahead

DO'S

Always plan on checking in no later than 15 MINUTES prior to start time! — This includes allowing time for travel, location of a parking space, and getting to your meeting spot. Traffic is always unpredicatable, SO THINK AHEAD!

Notify your guide of any special MEDICAL CONCERNS or PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS prior to the start of your tour so that any adjustments or special arrangements can be factored into the exprience for accom

Wear comfortable CLOTHING and appropriate closed-toe (suggested) FOOT ATTIRE. — You'll most likely be on your feet the majority of the time, and uneven downtown surfaces and/or cemetery footpaths can be treacherous if you're not correctly outfitted!

Feel free to bring a CAMERA and/or any other GHOST HUNTING EQUIPMENT which you might already have! — You become a part of the team during our investigative experiences, which means you can also help us to capture or document evidence!

Pack an UMBRELLA if it looks like rain. The only time AGA cancels is if the forecast is calling for severe weather! — You may also wish to bring along BUG SPRAY for outdoor events. Central Florida was once known as "Mosquito County" for good reason!

Bring along some EXTRA CASH! — Quite often, there are lots of great vendors / bars / restaurants on our routes where you can grab a drink, a snack, or SOUVENIRS . . . but not all vendors take credit cards and sometimes require a minimum purchase. Our guides are also able to accept TIPS which, while never expected, are always appreciated!

Most importantly, come open-minded, and be prepared to HAVE FUN!

DON'T'S

Remember that this is NOT A "HAUNTED HOUSE" ATTRACTION. We DO NOT employ characters such as "Slimer" or "Casper", so they WILL NOT be making any appearances on our tours! — Please also rest assured that our guides WILL NOT be jumping out at you / grabbing at you like scare actors might, so we kindly ask that you do not attempt to do the same to your fellow investigators either.

Please try not to wear overbearing SCENTED PRODUCTS which could interfere with / prove to be distracting during investigations. — This is also requested as a courtesy for other guests who may suffer from allergies or asthma.

While AGA offers pub tours and encourages our guests to have a good time, please DO NOT ARRIVE HIGH / INTOXICATED! — Overindulgence is frowned upon on our tours as, not only can it affect interactions during invesitigations, it can also create a ruined evening for your fellow participants. Guests displaying uncouth or disorderly behavior will be asked to leave.

Any individual or group that shows BLATANT DISREPECT to any American Ghost Adventures event attendee, location, special guests, team members, or location venue staff, etc., will also be asked to leave immediately.

With investigations in historical or commercial locations, there may be certain access limitations, with clear identification of RESTRICTED AREAS we will not be allowed to enter. In this instance, our guides will clearly point out these spaces to all involved. Any guest then caught wandering into these explicitly identified off-limits areas will be asked to leave.
