To the best of my knowledge, I am in GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION and fully able to participate in events held by American Ghost Adventures. By purchasing the event ticket, I am acknowledging that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation of the event which may include physical or mental injury or even death.
I also understand that if I am the designated coordinator or considered to be the head representative of my party, whether it is a group or family event, that I will take the responsibility of notifying all participants in my group of the liability waiver and the risk of the event. I also undertand that is my party's coordinator or purchaser’s responsibility to make sure everyone in the group signs so said waiver or is listed on the waiver. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the event, and I assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any risk or loss, or property damaged caused by me or as a result of me participating in the event.
I also understand that by purchasing an event ticket that ALL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS RECORDED by AGA and its affiliates can or will be used for advertisement and social media. I willingly consent to the use of my image and this includes any minors in the group for which I am responsible. I understand that no payment or compensation will be given for use of these images.
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE American Ghost Adventures or any of its affiliates associated with the event. This includes but is not limited to the company's sub-contractors, the event location(s), location management, location owners, medical staff, officers, servants, agents, caterers, and/or volunteers of American Ghost Adventures and its affiliates. I understand that I am releasing all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action related to any loss, damage, physical or mental injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in this activity, or while on the premises where the event is being conducted.
It is my expressed intent that this release and HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, personal representative, if I am deceased, it shall be deemed as release, waive, discharge, and convention to sue the above named releases. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
In purchasing the event ticket for myself or as a group reservation, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the forgoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, and understand it. In purchasing an American Ghost Adventures ticket, I / we am / are voluntarily acting on my own free will; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made; and I / we execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bounded. I / we also understand that I will be responsible for any legal fee(s) which American Ghost Adventures incurs in response to said situation or claim. |
